I Have a Question About Raven Run Shirts

The DarrenDaily Community is going wild about the Summer 2019 RavenRun Shirts.

The Raven Run Challenge is a 90-Day Challenge to walk or run at least 1 mile EVERY day for 90 Days in a row.   Starting on June 1, the DarrenDaily community, A-Team and Darren himself have made huge strides in an effort to keep up with Raven, a long-time runner in Miami Beach, FL.

In support of the man himself, Raven Run Shirts & Tank Tops are available for a limited time for purchase and all proceeds go directly to Raven.

How do I get free U.S. shipping?

After adding your shirt(s) to the cart, go to the checkout page, and enter in all of your customer info, including email, password, billing and shipping address in full.

On the right hand side of screen, click the bubble under the “zone shipping” section to add the shipping cost. In the screenshot below USA is noted as an example. That will add your shipping cost to the order. Then add RUN into the coupon box and hit update which will take off the shipping cost for you.

I’m not in the U.S., can I get free or reduced shipping?

While we LOVE that you are a part of our Raven Run community, MerchLabs is only able to process free shipping to U.S. addresses. International shipping costs vary too widely and we are trying to get the proceeds to Raven. Also, note that international orders may be subject to customs fees by your country. We have no control over these fees, but we want to alert you in advance.

What if the shirt doesn't fit?

If you would like a size exchange, please ship the item back to MerchLabs including a note on the original packing slip detailing the size for which you would like to exchange.

I ordered red and I got black, what do I do?

Email MerchLabs at contact@merchlabs.com including your billing name and order id # noting that you received the incorrect size or item. Please include an image of what you received. If it was the incorrect size, please also include an image of the size label.

MerchLabs will then expedite the correct item/size to you. You may keep the incorrect item as well.

How can I return?

If you would like to return the item, please ship the item back to MerchLabs including a note on the original packing slip detailing that you would like a refund.

Can I order in bulk - Is there a discount for that?

Because the proceeds are going directly to helping out Raven, there is not any bulk pricing on these limited-edition Raven Run shirts.

If this is a donation, can I get a receipt for my taxes?

After you place your order, you will receive a receipt via email. Please consult with your accountant to be sure this qualifies as a tax deduction.

How do I check when my shirt will be shipped?

Items generally ship in 1-5 days business days. If you do not receive shipping confirmation after 5 business days, please feel free to email Merchlabs directly at contact@merchlabs.com.  Include your billing name and order id #. MerchLabs will then investigate with production. If the order was lost in shipping, they'll ship out a new order.

How long will this be running?

These are limited-edition shirts and are only available while they last.

Do we have enough stock? What happens if we run out?

Once they are gone, they are gone!

Can I donate anything extra to Raven?

Yes, you can. Write a check (he’s old school remember) to Robert “Raven” Kraft and send to Darren Hardy, LLC, 100 South Pointe Drive, #2809 Miami Beach, FL 33139 and we will see to it personally that he hand receives it.
