The Digital Addiction Assessment is there to help you acknowledge where you currently stand and get you on the road to recovery. Darren has carefully crafted the questions to help hold you accountable in eliminating your addictions and working towards sobriety!
As part of the assessment, you will be asked to answer a few questions that will take 3-5 minutes or less at the completion of Module 2. Once your answers are submitted, you will be able to move on to Module 3 by clicking the "NEXT" button as shown below.
