Q: What is the schedule for the Business Master Class together?
For planning purposes, please utilize the following session outline for time blocking:
Plan to log in by 7 AM Pacific / 10 AM Eastern each day. Trust us; you won't want to be late!
Over the 3 days of Business Master Class, Darren will equip you with powerful strategies in Sales, Marketing, Branding, Scaling, and Growing Your Business, and show you how to use AI to amplify each of these areas.
You’ll also learn how to build your A-Team, including how to Recruit, Hire, Lead, and Retain a high-performing team and culture, along with how AI can enhance your leadership and talent strategy.
Virtual doors will open 20 minutes ahead of GO TIME!
Feel free to join in early so you can chat & get set.
There will also be networking during our virtual event, so stay tuned for times to connect with leaders across the world!
We plan to go until 4:30 PM Pacific / 7:30 PM Eastern, but please be flexible.
You can plan for a mid-session break each day around 12 PM Pacific / 3 PM Eastern. This timing is not set in stone, but it gives you an idea for meal planning.
We will (of course) take mini-breaks along the way.
We suggest stocking your home, office, or hotel fridge with high-protein breakfast and lunch snacks.

Q: What are the technology requirements to participate in this virtual event?
Darren’s Business Master Class is delivered LIVE virtually. A private, distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection for the 3 days you are with us is all you need.
Please note: We suggest NOT using a Chromebook during this event. We have noticed Chromebooks do not work well with the technology needed throughout our event.
Q: This is a significant investment for me and my business. How do I best prepare for this experience?
Our strong recommendation is that you treat this as an “off-site” training experience. As if you were leaving for boot camp and needed to remain detached until the “camp” was complete and you could return home and back to regular “civilian” life.
We recommend checking into a local hotel, resort, or renting an Airbnb and dedicating the entire 3 days away from your home or office.
Even if you are attending with your team, find an offsite location to check into. Spend the live sessions in your individual rooms and then you can get together to discuss takeaways and execution strategies during meals or after sessions.
Plan ahead for meals. One of the benefits of a virtual experience is that you have complete control over your eating plan. We suggest using a food delivery service or prepping lunches and snacks ahead of time. Pack plenty of coffee and water too!
Q: I can’t make it to my scheduled session and need to cancel my seat. What are my options?
If you've already reserved a seat and are unable to attend, you may transfer to a future BMC up to 30 days before the event at no added cost.
At 30 days before the event, a $500 transfer fee will be applied.
Rescheduled requests will not be accepted beginning 14 days before the event. Only ONE transfer is permitted per ticket.
Once a payment agreement has been activated, we do not issue refunds outside of the terms of our Action Guarantee.
Q: I need access to the recordings. When will they be available**?
Though not required as this is a live event, we like to provide recording access as an added benefit/gift to our guests to help review anything that may have been missed.
Please understand that each recording will take several hours to upload due to volume. As soon as they are ready, recordings will be loaded on your dashboard, and an email notification will be sent.
**ALL RECORDINGS WILL EXPIRE 96 HOURS AFTER THE EVENT CONCLUDES. VIP guests receive the added benefit of having an additional 2 extra WEEKS of recording access.
Q: I want to bring a colleague or two with me. Is there a special rate to have them join me?
YES - Our BMC guests can add team members or guests at a special investment level.
We highly encourage enrolling your key leadership team members. Not doing so is often the only regret our Alumni express!
To make that easy, there's no additional deposit nor inquiry form or deposit needed. Your endorsement is golden.

Q: I am attending with my team. What should I expect?
We highly encourage you to participate in the Business Master Class together, at the same off-site location, but experience the live sessions privately and individually (one face per screen/device).
You can come together as a team during breaks, meals, and after sessions.
Q: My team and/or partner is also registered for the Business Master Class. Can we watch together from one large screen or device?
No.
It is strictly required that every single guest of the Business Master Class is tuned in on their own single device to provide an excellent experience for everyone in attendance.
This will ensure everyone is “face-to-face” with Darren and fellow guests. Darren will call on individuals to interact with him directly throughout the event, which is also important for our small group discussions.
