The audio and/or video isn't working

If you're having trouble viewing or hearing our videos, first, try clearing your cache.  Sometimes video and audio issues arise because of the type of browser you're using or the settings on your computer.

Switching to a different web browser often solves the issue.  We have found that Google Chrome works well for our video content.

In the event that you are using Chrome and still can't hear and/or see the videos, try clearing your browser cache.  This often does the trick.

How to Clear Your Browser Cache

  1. Press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac).
  2. If this doesn't work, follow the appropriate instructions in this article on Clearing Your Cache.

Finally, if none of these solutions are working, try accessing the material on a different device or using a different internet connection.
