Q: Do I need to create an account to make a comment?
No, you can comment as a guest, just enter your name and email. However, if you want to receive notifications or edit/delete your comment later, we recommend signing in with Google, Twitter, or another account.
Q: What information is required to comment?
If you're commenting as a guest, you'll need to provide a name and email address. If you're signed in, no additional info is needed.
Q: Why do I need to provide my email address?
Your email is used to send you notifications about replies to your comment and to verify you're a real person (helps prevent spam). Your email is never shown publicly.
Q: Can I edit or delete my comment?
Yes! If you're signed in, you can edit or delete your comment at any time. If you're a guest, you’ll receive a private link via email that lets you edit or delete your comment within 15 minutes of posting.
Q: How do I get notified when someone replies to my comment?
If you're signed in, you’ll get notifications automatically. Guest commenters can opt in to notifications by checking the “Notify me” box before submitting a comment.
Q: Why isn’t my comment showing up?

Q: Can I reply to other people’s comments?
Yes! Click “Reply” below their comment to start a threaded conversation.
Q: Can I use emojis or format my comment?
Absolutely. Our commenting platform supports emojis 😊 and basic formatting like bold, italics, and inline code.
Q: Is my comment public?
Yes. All approved comments are visible to other users. Your name will appear, but your email address will stay private.
Q: Is this platform safe and private?
Yes. The commenting system is powered by Hyvor Talk, a privacy-first tool. No ads, no third-party tracking, and your data is never sold or shared.
Q: I’m seeing a “Login Required” message—what do I do?
Our team may have enabled registered-only commenting for this thread. Just log in using Google, or your preferred method to join the conversation.
Q: I clicked the email link to edit my comment, but it expired. What now?
For guest commenters, the edit/delete link works for a limited time (usually 15 minutes). After that, changes can only be made by moderators. Feel free to reach out if something urgent needs updating.
