Monthly Installment Plan
- If you enrolled in the monthly installment plan, your membership is billed in 12 monthly installments.
- You have 30 days from your enrollment date to request a full refund under The Fit Guarantee.
- After 30 days, you are committed to completing all 12 installments, regardless of participation.
- Once your 12th installment is complete, your membership will automatically renew for the following year unless you notify us prior to your renewal date.
Annual (Paid-in-Full) Plan
If you enrolled with the annual pay-in-full option, this covers one full year from your enrollment date.
- You have 30 days from your enrollment date to request a full refund under The Fit Guarantee.
- After 30 days, no refunds are available for the current membership year.
- At the end of your year, your membership will automatically renew unless you notify us prior to your renewal date.
